Ford has been in the process of revamping its Brazilian lineup for years now, following its decision to cease manufacturing operations in that South American country. Those moves have paid off in a big way as of late, with The Blue Oval experiencing a massive sales surge in Brazil. However, the automaker isn’t done adding new products to its lineup in Brazil either, as it recently teased that it was set to bring more than one Tremor model to that country as well. Now, it has done precisely that with the debut of the recently-refreshed Ford F-150 Tremor and Ford Maverick Tremor.
The Ford Maverick Tremor destined for Brazil seems to be essentially identical to its counterpart that’s already on sale in the U.S., though The Blue Oval hasn’t released all of its pertinent details just yet. That means the compact off-road-focused pickup will sport things like a unique front bumper with an improved approach angle, front skid plates, body color door handles, Tremor fender badges and box decals, 17-inch machined-face Tarnished Dark Aluminum wheels with orange-painted pockets, 235/65R17 all-terrain tires, and Tremor Orange accents on the fender vents, tow hooks, and front grille.
Inside the cabin, the U.S. version of the 2025 Ford Maverick Tremor features all-weather floor mats, a special off-road screen in the Tremor-specific instrument cluster, Trail Control, and floor console accents. Mechanically speaking, the off-road-focused model gets Ford’s advanced 4WD system with a twin clutch rear drive unit, a heavy-duty transmission cooler, rear drive unit lock, and an off-road tuned suspension with unique springs and shocks. Finally, the 2025 Maverick Tremor also has five selectable drive modes to choose from – Normal, Tow/Haul, Slippery, Mud & Ruts, and Sand.
In Brazil, the Ford Maverick Tremor and F-150 Tremor will soon be joined by a pair of other new models as well – the refreshed 2025 Ford Bronco Sport, and the updated 2026 Ford Transit. However, the automaker hasn’t released any pricing or launch info for the new Tremor pickups yet, which we should receive when we get closer to the actual launch of both.
