Some Ford And Lincoln Models Barred From Employee Pricing

On the very same day that significant tariffs hit the automotive industry, Ford opened up its “employee pricing for everyone” plan, extending its employee-only savings to the general public to encourage them to buy Blue Oval vehicles. If that seems too good to be true, well, it is – in the case of certain vehicles, anyway, as a handful of Ford and Lincoln models are excluded from the incentive.

While quite a few vehicles from the Ford and Lincoln stables can be purchased with the employee pricing incentive, there’s a surprisingly long list of vehicles that are barred from the perk. In other words, buyers considering the purchase of one of the following models are not eligible for the incentive:

  • 2025 Lincoln Navigator
  • 2025 Ford Super Duty
  • Raptor Family
    • Ford Bronco Raptor
    • Ford Ranger Raptor
    • Ford F-150 Raptor
  • Mustang Specialty models
    • Ford Mustang Dark Horse
    • Ford Mustang GTD
    • Ford Mustang Shelby GT, GT500
    • Ford Mustang Mach 1
  • Ford Bronco Stroppe Edition
  • Ford F-450 and F-550 Chassis Cabs
  •  Ford E-450 Cutaway
  • Ford E-450 Stripped Chassis
  • F-Series Stripped Chassis
  • Ford F-650 and F-750 Chassis Cabs

In this post on Instagram, Ford notes that “dealer participation is discretionary. Limited U.S. states only,” meaning that one shouldn’t expect all dealerships to offer the incentive, which runs through June 2nd.

As a reminder, the employee pricing for everyone program is essentially the same as the existing A-Plan pricing for regular, non-affiliated customers. Essentially, those customers pay the invoice price on a vehicle, minus holdback and advertising fees, plus an additional $275 for a program fee. In the wake of Ford’s rollout of the program, Stellantis opted to launch a similar incentive structure of its own the day after, but General Motors announced that it won’t introduce its own.

Unsurprisingly, Ford elected to nix some existing incentives for its models in the wake of its generous employee pricing for everyone program. This includes the deletion of rebates on certain vehicles, along with promotional finance rates.
