Ford F-350 Super Duty Wins 2025 Best Fleet Value In America Award

The Ford Super Duty lineup is no stranger to Vincentric’s Best Fleet Value in America Awards, as the F-250 and F-350 took home top honors in the full-size 3/4 ton and one-ton segments back in 2023, followed by a 3/4 ton pickup segment win for the F-250 XL in last year’s version of those awards. Now that the 2025 Vincentric Best Fleet Value in America Awards have been revealed, we’re learning that the Ford F-350 Super Duty has topped its particular segment for the ninth time, too.

The Ford F-350 Super Duty wound up finishing first in the full-size one-ton pickup segment of the 2025 Vincentric Best Fleet Value in America Awards yet again, this time, in XL, Crew Cab, two-wheel drive, long wheel-base, single rear-wheel guise – outperforming 178 competitor trims. It did so for a few good reasons – the Ford F-350 won 15 of 28 lifecycle cost scenarios, and posted the lowest maintenance and operating costs in its class. The Ford F-350 was joined by the Ford Maverick XL, which topped the small truck category for the fourth straight year, as well as the F-250, which ranked first in the 3/4 ton pickup segment for the fifth straight year.

Each year, Vincentric comes up with this list after performing a cost of ownership analysis based on how commercial fleets typically use their vehicles, using eight cost factors – depreciation, fees & taxes, financing, fuel, insurance, maintenance, opportunity cost, and repairs. For 2025, Vincentric performed that same analysis for more than 3,000 different vehicle configurations based on typical fleet use, and winners were identified by determining which vehicles had the lowest fleet lifecycle cost in the most scenarios within its segment.

“The Vincentric Best Fleet Value in America Awards are now in their twentieth year of providing valuable insight and guidance to the fleet industry,” said David Wurster, Vincentric President. “With nearly every segment this year being won by a returning winner, our awards can help fleet professionals identify vehicles that have a history of providing great value year after year.”

Brett's lost track of all the Fords he's owned over the years and how much he's spent modifying them, but his current money pits include an S550 Mustang and 13th gen F-150.
