Ford Launches New Online Store For Genuine Parts

Ford South America has undergone quite an extensive transformation over the past couple of years, aside from the fact that the automaker ceased its manufacturing operations in Brazil a while back. The Blue Oval has revamped its vehicle lineup in that part of the world in a major way as well, adding a bevy of new products there, and it has also rolled out a host of new services and post-purchase experiences. The latest of this non-stop series of new offerings has just arrived, too – a new online store where Ford owners in South America can purchase genuine parts and accessories for their vehicles.

The new Ford South America online store is now live, and it offers a wide array of parts, accessories, and other goods for quite a few vehicles. On top of that, visitors can get advice from the same site by chatting with an operator while they shop, ensuring that they’re getting the right part for their needs. Customers can also use Ford’s chatbot – FORDI – and enter the VIN or chassis number of their vehicle to ensure compatibility.

Among the list of parts and accessories already listed on the Ford South America site, visitors will find things such as replacement glass, mirrors, bumpers, grilles, wheels, tires, upholstery, spark plugs, filters, lighting, shocks, belts, brake components, suspension parts, electrical pieces, and various components related to the engine, transmission, cooling, and other systems.

In addition to this new online parts and accessories store, Ford South America has also added a host of new products and services for consumers to choose from as of late. That list includes the official launch of the Ford Performance brand in that part of the world, as well as Ford Mobile Service and a dedicated customer service division to answer customer needs – the Customer Experience and Data Strategy Division.
