S550 Ford Mustang Performance Pack 2 Wheel Kit Debuts

Back in late April, the Ford Performance catalog expanded yet again to include a new wheel kit for the 2018-2023 Ford Mustang consisting of four wheels that are similar in design to the units that came equipped from the factory as part of the S550-generation Performance Pack 2 option. Interestingly, yet another Performance Pack 2 wheel kit has now surfaced in the Ford Performance catalog that’s seemingly very similar to that one, but it’s compatible with 2015-2023 models, according to the automaker.

This new 2015-2023 Ford Mustang Performance Pack 2 wheel kit is listed in the Ford Performance catalog under part number M-1007K-DC19MB with a retail price of $1,100, and it also contains four wheels sporting a design inspired by that same look. The wheels included in the kit measure 19×9.5 inches up front and 19×10 inches in the rear, and feature a unique Ford Performance matte black paint finish with a protective clear coat on top of it, too.

These Performance Pack wheels feature a five-lug 114mm (4.5 inch) bolt pattern and come with a set of Ford Performance center caps and a tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) sensor and activation tool. The wheels are specifically designed to clear the six-piston brakes that were included with the Performance Pack of this era as well, which is good news for folks that plan to add some more stopping power to their pony cars. Given the fact that the Performance Pack 2 cars of the S550 generation were (and still are) quite popular, we imagine that plenty of folks will be interested in these new offerings.

In addition to this new wheel kit, the Ford Performance catalog also recently gained a new set of 2015-2025 Ford Mustang premium floor mats, too. Those mats feature a “Ford Performance” logo tag that’s sewn into the edge of the mat for greater durability, and are made from a black premium-grade 60 ounce carpeting custom fit to perfectly match the Mustang’s front floors.

Brett's lost track of all the Fords he's owned over the years and how much he's spent modifying them, but his current money pits include an S550 Mustang and 13th gen F-150.

  1. Good luck with this set guys. There are so many Flow-Formed…for a bit more, and even pricier Forged sets out there with 10″ fronts and 11″ rears that are much lighter, and stronger, unless your only in it for the looks. Most look to improve performance and quality when spending on an upgrade.
