The 2025 Ford Bronco marks the fifth model year for the rugged SUV’s sixth-generation, though it didn’t constitute any sort of refresh. Rather, the 2025 Ford Bronco arrived with a few typical model year changes, which included – most notably – the deletion of the Black Diamond, Wildtrak, Everglades, and Heritage Limited Edition trims. The Bronco Wildtrak was effectively replaced in the lineup by the the Stroppe Special Edition, which pays homage to the Baja 1000-winning Stroppe Baja Bronco of 1969, but it’s only available as a two-door and in one specific livery. Now, the Wildtrak has disappeared from another lineup as well.
In Argentina, the 2025 Ford Bronco has debuted, and it’s doing so without the Wildtrak, which originally launched in the South American country in July 2024. There, the Wildtrak is being replaced by the Ford Bronco Badlands, which is somewhat similar in that it comes equipped with the twin turbocharged 2.7L V6 EcoBoost engine and Sasquatch Package as standard equipment – both of which are optional in the U.S. In Argentina, the Bronco Badlands can be had in four exterior colors – Wild Green, Panther Black, Mercury Gray, and Oxford White.
Otherwise, the Argentinian Ford Bronco Badlands is essentially identical to its U.S.-based counterpart, which means that it contains features such as a dark gray front grille, 17-inch beadlock-capable wheels, Badlands appliqués on the front fenders, a 12-inch infotainment screen, the 12-speaker B&O premium sound system, a Black Onyx interior (with gray stitching), and Molle anchors on the rear portions of the front seats. Pricing for the new Ford Bronco Badlands in Argentina hasn’t yet been released, but the new trim level is arriving in that country this month.
In the U.S., the 2025 Ford Bronco also gained the new Free Wheeling Package, which adds gradient stripes and other unique retro touches to the Big Bend trim, in addition to the Stroppe Special Edition. On top of that, the 2025 Ford Bronco Raptor added a trio of new exterior colors options – Marsh Gray, Desert Sand, and Ruby Red.
