2025 Ford Bronco Sport Arrives In Brazil Without Price Increase

The Ford Bronco Sport launched in the U.S. for the 2021 model year, but that’s not the only market where one can purchase an example of the rugged crossover. Rather, the Bronco Sport also went on sale in Brazil back in May 2022, offering customers in that South American country a few unique options such as standard power-folding side mirrors and the Wildtrak trim, which wasn’t available in the U.S. As Ford Authority reported this past March, the refreshed 2025 Ford Bronco Sport was also slated to be sold in Brazil, and now, it has debuted there as well.

The Brazilian 2025 Ford Bronco Sport has ditched the Wildtrak trim as part of its update, and is now being offered exclusively in the top Badlands spec in that part of the world. There, the Bronco Sport Badlands comes with the same exterior styling updates as its American counterpart, consisting mostly of an updated front fascia. Inside the cabin, the crossover features a new 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, a 13.2-inch infotainment screen running SYNC 4 software, heated leather seats, and a heater leather-wrapped steering wheel.

In terms of power, the 2025 Ford Bronco Sport sold in Brazil gets the turbocharged 2.0L I-4 EcoBoost, which is mated to the eight-speed automatic transmission driving all four wheels. Along with the HOSS suspension system and a rear differential lock, the rugged crossover also touts features such as One Pedal Drive, a 360-degree camera, and two new drive modes – Off-Road and Rally. Perhaps most interesting, however, is the fact that the refreshed Bronco Sport isn’t getting a price increase, as it continues to start out at R$260,000 ($47,408 USD) – unlike its American counterpart, which got a small bump recently due in part to tariffs on imported autos.

“Bronco Sport is one of our cars with the highest satisfaction and loyalty rate, customers love it. He is an example of Ford’s strategy of offering exciting cars for those who identify with a dynamic and active lifestyle, open to new discoveries,” said Ford Brazil Marketing Manager Dennis Rossini. “People are surprised by what Bronco Sport is capable of doing and now it is even better, ready to expand its market share.”

  1. No price increase means Ford was already gauging the Brazilian buyers
