While the music of the road might be more than enough for some drivers, real music (or other media) is an integral part of most drivers’ daily commutes. The 2025 Ford Maverick offers a choice when it comes to the pickup’s in-cabin sound systems, and below, Ford Authority explains what they are – and how to get each one.
The standard audio system in the 2025 Ford Maverick is a simple six-speaker setup. This system is standard in the 2025 Maverick XL, XLT, and Lobo trims, offering AM/FM connectivity. The pickup’s brand new Sync 4 system and 13.2-inch infotainment display – which is standard on all trim levels – allows drivers to connect their phones via Android Auto or Apple CarPlay if they’re picky about what’s piped through their speakers.
There is an upgraded system that’s standard fare on the 2025 Ford Maverick Lariat and Tremor: the Bang & Olufsen (B&O) setup, which features eight speakers including a subwoofer for a premium audio experience. It also features HD Radio, which delivers a crisper sound throughout the cabin. While the B&O system is not standard on the Lobo trim, it can be added to the sport pickup via the optional Lobo High (702A) package, which adds $5,495 to its overall cost.
Exterior aesthetics are just as important as the sound system included in the of the 2025 Ford Maverick. Ford Authority has already presented detailed guides to every package offered on the Maverick, along with its selection of standard and optional wheels, interior colorways, and exterior paints.
Under the hood, the 2025 Ford Maverick offers a hybrid powertrain or the turbocharged 2.0L I4 EcoBoost engine. It’s worth noting that the hybrid powertrain is once against standard. The Maverick hybrid powertrain can now be paired with all-wheel-drive (AWD) in XL, XLT, and Lariat models. However, the compact pickup ditched the EcoBoost front-wheel-drive (FWD) variant.
Upon its initial introduction, the 2025 Ford Maverick was priced $26,295, excluding the $1,595 for destination and delivery, making it significantly more expensive than the outgoing model. Those prices just keep going up thanks to tariffs, however.

All Ford does is bitch about the tariffs. And lie about their vehicles. You wouldn’t have that problem if you didn’t let the unions control you. They sucked the golden goose dry that’s your fault!
