The rugged Ford Bronco Sport is more than capable of handling some dicey terrain, but even the off-road crossover has its limits. One driver found that out the hard way when they took their poor Bronco Sport right through the middle of concrete that was nowhere close to being dry.
The unfortunate Ford Bronco Sport was caught on camera driving through freshly poured concrete on 12 Mile Road near Telegraph Road in Southfield, Michigan. It’s not clear how the red crossover ended up there to begin with, but judging by the bright orange construction barrels placed on the side of the lane, the Bronco Sport driver had to make some stupid decisions to find themselves in that position.
Realizing their predicament, the Ford Bronco Sport driver guns it out of the wet concrete. The crossover struggles a bit to find purchase, spinning its wheels and getting them coated in concrete before it gets enough bite to haul itself out of the concrete trap. We can’t imagine that’s very good for the wheels, or the paint, for that matter.
Once they’re out of the concrete, having sufficiently marked it up and created more work for whoever poured it in the first place, the Ford Bronco Sport driver runs off like nothing happened. Of course, the crossover is carrying the evidence of its driver’s negligence all over its tires and undercarriage. It’s a good thing that driver was behind the wheel of a Bronco Sport – anything lower might have gotten stuck for good.
Interestingly, a Ford Taurus – which has the word “concrete” emblazoned on its doors – cruises into frame right at the start of the video. It’s not clear if that vehicle belongs to the company that laid the concrete in question or if it’s just a coincidence, but whatever the case, we’re sure they got a laugh out of the situation.

Other recent viral driving videos show a Ford Transit Connect USPS delivery van absolutely demolishing an innocent mailbox, while this. The driver of a Ford Bronco, meanwhile, overestimated their off-road SUV’s abilities and decided to try to run from a couple cop cars by running right over them in an attempt to get away.
