Ford debuted the Power Promise program in the U.S. last September, offering retail customers that purchase or lease a Ford Mustang Mach-E, Ford F-150 Lightning, or E-Transit a free home charger when they take delivery of those vehicles, plus free standard installation. That program has proven to be a successful way to make it easier for EV buyers to get set up with a proper home charging solution – prompting the automaker to extend it recently – and Ford Power Promise has expanded to other parts of the world since then as well, with that list now set to grow yet again.
After expanding to the UK last month, today we’re rolling out the Ford Power Promise in Ireland! @FordIreland customers can receive free home chargers & installation as well as extended warranty, service & roadside assistance. It’s never been easier to make the switch to Ford… https://t.co/WeUXX3YvCa pic.twitter.com/SBHDctAREd

Ford Power Promise has already officially launched the U.S., Canada, the UK, (where both retail and fleet customers are eligible), and Germany, but now, Blue Oval EV customers in Ireland will also be able to take advantage of this incentive, too. There, those that purchase a Ford Puma Gen-E, Capri, Explorer, Transit Connect PHEV, E-Transit Custom, or Ford Ranger PHEV quality for a number of benefits, including a free home charger provided in partnership with ChargeGuru that can be installed when one takes delivery of a new Ford EV.
In addition to this complimentary EV charger, Ford Power Promise customers in Ireland also get an eight-year, 160k kilometer battery warranty that protects them against rapid capacity loss, a free five-year service plan with towing assistance, 12 months of free vehicle management software, and dedicated support from a 24/7 Ford digital assistant.
