The 2023 Ford Maverick is underpinned by the Ford C2 platform shared most directly with the Ford Maverick.
The 2023 Bronco Sport is assembled at the Ford Hermosillo Assembly plant. Production of the 2023 model year began in early December 2022.
As of February 2023, the 2023 Ford Bronco Sport has the following starting MSRPs in the U.S., including destination and freight charges:

- Big Bend – $33,470
- Heritage – $34,890
- Outer Banks – $37,855
- Badlands – $39,580
