Changes and Updates

The 2023 Ford Maverick gain the new Tremor Off-Road Package as an option on XLT and Lariat trims, containing a host of off-road-ready features to the compact pickup. Additionally, customers who opt for the Tremor Off-Road Package can also option the compact pickup with the new Tremor Appearance Package, which adds a handful of exterior accents.

The Black Appearance Package is also new for the 2023 Ford Maverick, which adds a wide variety of black accents on the exterior and interior. This package is offered exclusively on the 2023 Maverick XLT and Lariat trims.

Maverick Lariat models with the Ford Co-Pilot 360 Package gain access to the upgraded Co-Pilot 360 Assist Package, which adds a suite of advanced active safety features such as Adaptive Cruise Control, Evasive Steering Assist and Rear Parking Sensors.

Many functional features are now offered as standalone options for the 2023 Ford Maverick, including Bed Tie Down Locking Rails, hard drop-in bedliner, spray-in bedliner and the Remote Start System.

A soft vinyl wrapped steering wheel becomes standard on the Maverick XLT with the Luxury Package and the Maverick Lariat. A urethane steering wheel continues as standard on XL and XLT without the Luxury Package. By comparison, the 2022 Maverick featured a leather-wrapped and heated steering wheel on the XLT trim with Luxury Package and on Lariat trim.

SYNC 3, which includes Voice-Activated Touchscreen Navigation System with Pinch-to-Zoom capability, Sirius XM Traffic and Travel Link, joins the lineup as part of the optional Lariat Luxury Package. It was unavailable for the 2022 model year.

Finally, the Maverick also lost two exterior paint colors, which have been subsequently replaced with Atlas Blue Metallic and Avalanche Gray, the latter of which is exclusive to vehicles equipped with the Tremor Package.
