I ordered my Transit Connect 2/25/22 and had received a notification that my order had been moved to 2023 Transit Connect model year and that I should expect build notification 1Q2023. They didn’t indicate a need to reorder a ’23 model.
It’s disconcerting to hear that you had to reorder and I hope that my notification was correct.
