2020 Ford XLT 5.0 waiting for replacement engine

Waiting for my 2020 Ford XLT replacement Engine 5.0 V8, Oil Consumption issue, diagnosed January 2023. My car sitting in the Dealership, Told to wait until July.
Is there a way for Ford to know when exactly this Engine Part HL3Z-6006-DARM, is available, and what COPIS Emergency case (Vehicle Off Road), is being fulfilled, so at minimum they provide information on where you are on the priority list.

This is just ridiculous that you’re waiting blind, they should be able to track this process and provide you some information.

Anyone from Ford can provide any information really frustrating!!
