2021 Mach-E Charge Fault

My 2021 Mach-E Premium has just started with Charge Fault, unplug and re-plug. I charge at home from midnight to 6 AM. The charge fault can occur anytime from 30 minutes in to 2 hours in. In the morning, my Mach-E is not charged b ck to 80%.
Please advise solution.
