I have been dealing with problems for over a year and an endless back and forth between the customer service line and the dealership.
I have been out of the truck for over 30 days, and they have no idea how to fix it. I have had over $2000 in rental cars they won’t pay for.
The customer service group promised to get an engineer to look at it but never did anything. I called the dealer they said their hands are tied by Ford.
They make me repeat the story every time I call no notes I guess.
I may have to give up on Ford which is sad as my Grandad retired from Ford.
