The recent cold snap in Vegas made it clear that charging our new 2022 Escape PHEV could take longer than expected at times (Level 1). It also made me wonder what steps to take especially if we travel for as much as 2 months during the heat of the Vegas summer. The car is garaged, but not air conditioned. While noone will have access to the car, hints as to whether or not to charge up the car, keep it plugged in, anything else to best keep it safe while we’re away are appreciated.
