My 2022 Transit order was cancelled by Ford because they quit making 2022’s and are in production of 2023’s.
I had to re-order a 2023. My dealer was told, I would hold the same place in to build sequence as 2022.
I have been waiting since January for my build date. Is it true that I held my place?
Am i being delayed while my build parts are being used to secure the E-transit market?I ordered my Transit Connect 2/25/22 and had received a notification that my order had been moved to 2023 Transit Connect model year and that I should expect build notification 1Q2023. They didn’t indicate a need to reorder a ’23 model.
It’s disconcerting to hear that you had to reorder and I hope that my notification was correct.
