The Louisville Kentucky Ford Escape plant started producing the 2023 models the afternoon of January 3rd, Ford had previously estimated production December 12th so this is 3 weeks later than their original estimates.
As production has now started, it appears Ford is not going to provide a customer satisfaction private offer to the thousands of customers that did not receive their orders for the 2022 Escape and were force to convert to much more expensive 2023 orders.
Ford had Transition Customer Satisfaction Private Offer Programs for 2022 Bronco, 2022 Maverick and 2022 Lighting order holders. Why not 2022 Escape order holders?
I am very disappointed in Ford for doing nothing for thousands of Escape customers that ordered vehicles from Ford up to a year ago.
iWe ordered our Escape on 3/8/22. It was compiled in 9/25/22 and we still don’t have it. It is still waiting on shipping.
Since our car is supposedly built and not shipped for 4 months so far we are also screwed because ford is doing nothing for thousands of Escape customers that ordered vehicles up to a year ago and have been waiting on shipping for months and months
