I purchased a brand new F-350 full size pickup 6.0 powerstroke in the fall of 2003 with the idea of using it to take vacations in. I also bought a 2002 Lance camper to finish the rig. It ran like a charm until it turned over 100,000 miles. In the mean time, I had read about all of the 6.0 Powerstroke failures.
Just like clockwork, the pickup failed as soon as the engine warranty expired. I had it towed to the dealership from where i purchased it from. (Big Mike Naughton Ford in Denver)They fixed it to the tune of $5,000 dollars.
After it failed again, i took it to Spradley Ford in Greeley. They fixed it For another $2,700 dollars and said the next time it fails, it would be fixed under a parts warranty. Well they lied to me,(my bad)
When it shit the bed again, I sold it, after paying another $2,300 dollars.
Then i read that Ford lost lawsuit brought by Magnusen and agreed to make everything right.
My question is can I still make a claim?
