On Nov 18, 2022 a misfit stole the catalytic converter from my Ford built F53, 7.3L V8 Chassis Coachmen Pursuit motor coach. I placed a work request in to my dealer in New Braunfels, Texas within the week (waited for insurance to complete investigation). On Jan 19, 2023 the dealer informs there is no status from Ford to provide requisite parts to affect repair. Given the fact Ford has equipped trucks and motor homes with high value parts without proper security to prevent theft (understand thieves took CCs 19 others storing motor coaches in the same, secure yard), is Ford taking any steps to obtain replacement catalytic converters, has Ford designed a device to better protect catalytic converters, and is there even interest in helping discouraged victims of CC theft from Ford leadership? Anxiously await the response.
