When driving my 2022 Maverick hybrid in stop and go traffic the brake pedal goes soft then when more pressure is applied the front brakes will grab suddenly and I can hear a clunk coming from the brakes, No brake problems at any other time. This is a persistent issue and could affect safety. I hope Ford takes this seriously and fixes the issue. So far the dealer wants to keep my truck and drive it for awhile recreate the problem and that’s not acceptable to me because I know I’m not the only one who has had this problem and it’s not a new issue.
