Lincoln MKZ 2017 PARTS

I would like to comment on the back order of parts that’s been ongoing for the past month. I have 2017 Lincoln MKZ Premier, to which I love named Ms. ONYX, Well,any way, I had a run in with a deer, needless to say I’ve had some right headlight, hood and fender damage. I was told at the Legacy Ford dealership in McDonough GA that it would be 2 weeks. As I am now heading into my 4th week as I’ve visited the dealership to see if any progress has been made. Only to see my car off in the same corner of the body shop collecting dust and cobwebs. Also being told all those parts are on back order. Hmm? Why the big b.s. run around. Not to mention there’s a recall for some steering issue that needs to be resolved. As I have used all the allowance time on my rental. My family be without transportation. For the upcoming holidays… hmm… what backlog as we can’t afford a rental and a car note.
