I ordered a Maverick in Dec. 2021, it was converted to a 2023 order in September 2022, It has nothing on the order that is constricted, it is code 10 and had the COVP verified. It is a hybrid version and I realize they have been short on hybrids. What I cannot understand is it has been 17-18 months and has not been scheduled. I have surely waited long enough to get turn for a hybrid vehicle.
I have been told by my dealer that if it does not get picked up as a 23 then will need to order as a 24. He also told me there would be no price protection or concessions. This will mean my 24 will cost me close to $5000 more than my original order. How do you expect to keep customers loyal to FORD when scheduling and pricing is stabbing me in the back. I have worked in the sales department of a farm machinery company for over 25 years and if we treated a farmer that was buying a tractor like this, he would be buying another brand of machinery.
