ordered my maverick end of august/beginning of sept.got confirmation but thats it.when calling ford they say check with your dealer and ask what their allotment is.when i call dealer they say they will get back to me then send msg saying no word from ford.on 1/29/2022 i was near dealer so i went through parking lot only to see new maverick xl that was 21000 and some od dollars marked up to 31,000 something.needless to say i dont have alot good to say about the dealer but am afraid to tell them what assholes they are because they could sabatoge my truck in other ways.ford needs to punish these type of dealers in some way.10.000 dollar markup is PURE GREED.john vest frederick maryland.
I ordered my maverick Hybrid October and can not get any information . So if I call marketing they may be able help as my dealer can’t seem help with my questions
I ordered or reserved my Hybrid August 10th. The only verification that I have got from Ford, was my original confirmation that my truck was ordered, the second was that they would be giving us a FIT kit free, because of the delays.
I have called Ford marketing about 6 times looking for any information on when the truck is scheduled to be built. Marketing was no more helpful than my salesman.
It would be nice if Ford could tell us where our trucks are on the build list, wouldn’t that be great.

I will call again this week, I try to do a call every couple of weeks to see if there are any updatesThey will send you an email, usually on Thursdays, to give you an estimated date for build. It was 5 months from order before my build date email came, however mine is an EB. Marketing doesn’t have much info because of the delays for build. So I now have a build date, but they too get changed. Just have patience, it will happen!

What upsets me is I just found out the Mexico plant has sent Mavericks to Brazil and Brazil is sold out! What happened to the order process ? No wonder why people are getting tired of waiting, wondering, with no confirmation.
This isn’t what all of us waiting for our trucks want to hear . Ford needs to push to get these trucks to their customers here . I ordered mine in oct has anyone still waiting for theirs in this time frame . As dealerships seem not to have anymore information then we can find ourself by calling marketing.
Dorothy, I couldn’t tell you, it all depends on the availability of parts (chips). I ordered in August and finally received my scheduling e-mail the end of February (six months). I’m scheduled according to the e-mail for the 1st week of April. Now my order is a Lariat Hybrid. Good luck, I hope yours is built sooner than that time frame.
I order my hybrid Maverick 10/21. Received the email that they received order and 2weeks ago an email saying it’s getting ready for production and the next email I will receive it’s that it is in production. I’m still waiting for that email.
I am around same time frame 10/20 in South Carolina same emails but nothing when be scheduled .called marketing but no more information then I have already . All I hear is rumors .guess it’s a waiting game for us . I do think they have get 2022 out before starting 2023 so time is ticking away .
I know there is a delay in getting the Mavericks to the customers, I ordered mine Oct 26, 2021. I’ve accepted that it will be even longer before mine will be delivered. What I would like to see is a weekly update of the status of production of the Maverick, ie. Which models are being delivered and date they were ordered. Which trucks are being delayed and why.
The status report would not have to be long but enough to provide a little hope that our trucks are coming soon. Having no information or contact from Ford since I ordered my truck, not even a letter saying Ford had even gotten my order makes me a bit disgruntled. No information at all is disheartening. (PS I’ve called Customer Service they confirmed they had my order.)
I read that Ford is turning out Mavericks 800 a day, that’s a finished truck coming of the line every 53 seconds. If this is true where is my truck?Great idea! It would be wonderful if Ford listened and implemented your insightful and informative idea.
Ford, Please keep us little people, your bread and butter, informed of our orders.I order mine Oct 21 I can not get no word but from dealership and marketing that my order has been received . Has any one got a hybrid that ordered in October or is there any way see when scheduling is for builds. It’s getting very much like a person hits a brick wall . I am willing to wait but information should be updated at least every two weeks .
