New F-350 Limited: when I can expect it to be delivered

I called Ford customer service today and can not get a straight answer as to what is the hold up on the New F-350 Limited trucks and when I can expect it to be built and delivered. With the answer of do not know, makes me realize that I may have ordered the wrong brand.
