    My truck started downshifting after I had the OSS recall fixed. I took my truck back and they repaired it but would not cover the cost. The mechanic said it wasn’t related to the first recall and there wasn’t a recall in place for this new issue. Monday I received a recall letter for it. I took all of my receipts and the letter to the to the dealership. They would not reimburse me right away. Said it would take about 10 days. Is that normal? Why can’t I have my money now?
