Can anyone tell me why the transit van i have had on order for the better part of 2 years never seems to show up, i have asked dozens of times calling ford and calling my dealer to find out nothing… WHAT GIVES?
Furthermore i would gamble that no one will respond to this!

Hey D, watch what you wish for. My 38K 2018 HD350 XL has been at the dealer for three months waiting for a new transmission, under factory warranty. That’s after they sold me a new radiator and transmission cooler. Yes you read that correctly 3month’s. The transmission is apparently on BACKORDER..with no date. Getting the feeling I’ll never see my truck again. Plus it’s rigged out as a beautiful camper van, 38K miles ALL Cross country miles. How bout them apples?

We ordered a 2023 Escape Hybrid 11-18-22. We have info which shows it was built 3-28-23. It had to go thru quality control and a safety inspection….we understand that.
Ford has corresponded with us several times with expected dealer delivery dates…..
5-22 / 5-28
5/31 / 6-12
6-12 / 6-19
And most recently 6-20 / 6-26This will be our 11th Ford and will probably be our last. They evidently don’t know what customer service is or what customer loyalty is. And apparently, there is no concept of logistics…..or a decent logistics department.
We’re fed up.
We may cancel our order if the vehicle doesn’t show up by July 1st.
