How long after purchase should it take to retrofit the rear heat and cooling controls put in place? This item was not installed on the new vehicle and we got a credit for waiting.

I imagine we have to wait until there is a surplus of microchips. 3-4 years?

I rec’d notification via Ford Pass of the campaign …. In Canada, 22G01, to intstall the Rear Heat Console 2022 Explorer ST-Line….. my vehicle in shop at the Dealer today so hoping I get it back b4 day is over but have a loaner.

I also am feeling when taking turns (curves) Left or Right … freeway or highway, the steering feels awefully loose!!! I checked and back 12yrs or so Ford had a recall on Steering… same issues…. Today I am having them check to make sure all Steering components are tight and only remaining wud be ELECTRIC RACK & PINION.

HAS ANY ONE HAVE THIS ISSUES???

I received a recall notice for this yesterday on the Explorer I purchased in late May. Service appointment is set…so not too much longer for mine.
