My new 2022 Maverick Lariat is due for delivery October 19, and that is great… however, it won’t have running boards. They are not an option for the Maverick. I still need running boards, that will adapt to / are compatible with the Maverick. The driver is but 4’10” tall and requires running boards to enter/exit the Maverick small p/u truck.

After-market appears to be the only avenue available at this time. I understand that the Maverick chassis is unique to itself only. I haven’t been able to get the Maverick specs yet so I can best assess what running boards to purchase. Any ideas out there that can help me acquire the appropriate running boards?

Doesn’t have a box frame either…steps will have to bolt to unibody subframe. Possibly the Subaru Brat might be similar.

It does however have a Ford C2 Platform like the Bronco Sport.
The unibody frame seem to be the problem… but I don’t know the answer. I’m sure holes will have to be drilled. I guess, a Ford engineer needs to make that decision.
