I have a 2022 FORD Super Duty Platinum on order since November, I am hearing that the multi contour seats will NOT work in them because of a chip shortage, I will have to take delivery of the Super Duty without the seats working, but when FORD gets caught up with the chips, the chips needed will be sent to my dealership so they can be installed and the seats will then work. I have called FORD Marketing and asked them about this and they have NO idea how its going to work. I have talked with my dealership and they too have NO idea from FORD how this is going to work. Many thanks to anyone who can find the truth on this matter, but most of all PLEASE stay healthy and safe out there.
