They will send you an email, usually on Thursdays, to give you an estimated date for build. It was 5 months from order before my build date email came, however mine is an EB. Marketing doesn’t have much info because of the delays for build. So I now have a build date, but they too get changed. Just have patience, it will happen!
You can call Marketing at 1-800-334-4375. If you call the Ford number on your order form, this is what they will give you. I called once and the lady gave me what info she had which wasn’t much. I just waited for the email from Ford, and they usually send those out on a Thursday.
Meic…you can call Ford Marketing and ask, you will need your order number or email. Be prepared to be on hold for a while too!
It was 3 months to the day from the order date to get the build date, which is 2 more months down the road, so it takes 5-6 months average after order confirmation to get to production and ship. Hopefully no delays and I should get mine end of March! Hang in there.
