Sales volume of the new Lincoln Continental continues to outpace that of the MKS that it replaces. But, as we have mentioned previously, the Continental is a brand new vehicle with what appears to be substantial pent-up demand, so it should come as little surprise that it is selling better than the MKS at launch. It will be interesting to see if the sales rate continues, and whether or not it will be impacted by the continuous shift in general market trends towards crossovers/CUVs away from sedans.
