Everyone has done something stupid behind the wheel at one point or another. Those who drive Mustang’s to cars and coffee and then try and do burnouts just happened to get caught on camera doing stupid things with disastrous consequences more often than other drivers.
A video has turned up online of someone driving a black Mustang who tried to do a burnout coming out of the Cars and Coffee in somewhere called Knightdale earlier this month. The problem for this driver is that it all went wrong. The Mustang gets sideways and slides off the road.
That would have been embarrassing in its own right, but things got even worse for the driver. The median of the highway he tried to hoon on had a steep-sided ditch between lanes, and when his car went off the road, it appears to have caught wheels in the ditch bottom, and it flips over.
This Ford Mustang driver rolled his car leaving cars and coffee in what is about the worst thing that could go wrong in a rolling burnout. There is no indication that anyone was hurt in the accident. Go to about 26:00 in the video below to see the accident.
Mustangs are some of the most common high-performance rear-wheel-drive cars out there, and they are affordable. That often means that they are the first performance cars people get, and as this video shows, a powerful car can get you into trouble.
