Seems like every day there is another Ford recall. Whatever happened to Q1 and TQE? My 2025 Corsair was delivered with the driver's side front door hinges loose. How does something like this and loose subframe bolts leave the factory? With quality performance that Ford has shown, my friends and neighbors are not interested in buying a Ford.
Ford should also be looking at a recall on late 2024 builds of the 25 Ford Explorer. Noticed a rattle from the right rear area on my 25 Platinum Explorer (1790 miles). Took it into the dealership and they reported that none of the rear sub frame bolts were properly torqued and/or loose and one bolt was missing. Repaired per spec. I cannot believe how quiet the vehicle now is. Somebody in Chicago Assy. needs to be auditing vehicles.
