I have a 2015 Expedition that has been recalled for this same issue. I received the recall notice in May. I am still awaiting notification from the dealer that I should schedule an appointment for the repair. Then, no doubt, there will be another wait until the dealer can actually schedule me in. Since the camera has not worked reliably for a few years this is not a big deal, but I just wonder why it should take so long.
