Two new colors are joining the lineup for the 2026 Ford Bronco, including Wimbledon White and Avalanche. Here’s a first look at the latter, Avalanche.
Avalanche is identifiable by paint code DR. It’s offered on most 2026 Ford Bronco trims, including Base, Big Bend, Free Wheeling Package, Outer Banks, Badlands, and Raptor. It cannot be added to 60th Anniversary or Stroppe Edition models, however. Where available, Avalanche costs $395, and can be paired with every interior colorway.
That brings the total to 10 colors offered on the 2026 Ford Bronco. They are as follows (relevant paint codes in parentheses):
- Velocity Blue Metallic (E7)
- Shadow Black (G1)
- Carbonized Gray Metallic (M7)
- Ruby Red Metallic Tinted Clearcoat (RR)
- Marsh Gray (T9)
- Desert Sand (VA)
- Oxford White (YZ)
- Shelter Green Metallic (DB)
- Avalanche (DR) (new for 2026)
- Wimbledon White (N4) (new for 2026)
Meanwhile, the following represents all available interior colorways:
- Dark Space Gray with Black Onyx
- Smoked Truffle with Black Onyx
- Black Onyx
- Sunset Weave with Black Onyx
These new colors come at the cost of several others. Eruption Green, Robin’s Egg Blue, and Azure Gray are no longer available.
Aside from alterations to its exterior color palette, the 2026 Ford Bronco gets minor changes across the lineup. This includes the addition of interior A-pillar mounted grab handles, which are optional on the off-road SUV for the first time. This new feature debuted as part of the recently unveiled 2026 Ford Bronco 60th Anniversary Package, which bundles a number of vintage-inspired features like standard wheelbase-length running boards that also help out in terms of ingress and egress. The aforementioned Wimbledon White color is exclusive to this edition, too.
Other changes headed to the 2026 Ford Bronco include the deletion of the two-door Stroppe Edition, meaning it’s only available as a four-door model moving forward. The off-road SUV also loses quite a few dual-top option, while the 10-speed automatic transmission is now available in conjunction with the 2.3L EcoBoost I4 on Heritage Edition models.
As is typically the case with model year changeovers, the 2026 Ford Bronco becomes slightly more expensive than the 2025 model year.
Comment
Avalanche is not new it’s an old Flat primer gray color that no one liked but it’s cheap so they brought it back. Ford NA is so color blind and keeps taken away choice when it comes to color. No red on the Ranger Raptor just some flat primer colors in different shades that no one is ever going to fall in love with. The other Manufactures have red on their top midsize offroad vehicles what’s up with Ford. The Ranger Raptor in Rudy Red would look Fantastic. The 2026 Ranger Raptor is such a disappointment they took away choice in real colors. They also did not listen to their customers we want the sunroof on the Raptor not an XLT. Where are grab handles that every Ranger raptor except the USA Ranger Raptor does not have, they took them off. Sure, would be nice to have the grab handles it would make getting in the truck allot easier. While you at put the rear Air vents back in!
