2026 Ford Bronco Drops Robin’s Egg Blue

When the Heritage Edition Ford Bronco debuted for the 2023 model year, it revived a vintage color called Robin’s Egg Blue. That hue was also offered on the 2024 and 2025 model year Bronco Heritage, but its time in the sun is now over, as the color is not offered on the 2026 Ford Bronco.

Robin’s Egg Blue – which is tagged with paint code CW – has been officially discontinued for the 2026 Ford Bronco, meaning it’s no longer available at all. Previously, this color was limited to the Bronco Heritage, priced at $495 for the 2025 model year.

There are still plenty of colors for the 2026 Ford Bronco Heritage, however, including the following (relevant paint codes listed in parentheses):

  • Shadow Black (G1)
  • Carbonized Gray Metallic (M7)
  • Ruby Red Metallic Tinted Clearcoat (RR)
  • Marsh Gray (T9)
  • Velocity Blue Metallic (E7)
  • Desert Sand (VA)
  • Oxford White (YZ)
  • Avalanche (DR) (new for 2026)

As a reminder, the 2026 Ford Bronco Heritage also features an Oxford White-painted hard top, which is standard on the special edition off-road SUV. That means each of the aforementioned colors can be paired with the white roof – except for Oxford White, of course.

Beyond the deletion of several colors, the 2026 Ford Bronco gets minor changes across the lineup. This includes the addition of interior A-pillar mounted grab handles, which are optional on the off-road SUV for the first time. This new feature debuted as part of the recently unveiled 2026 Ford Bronco 60th Anniversary Package, which bundles a number of vintage-inspired features like standard wheelbase-length running boards.

Other changes headed to the 2026 Ford Bronco include the deletion of the two-door Stroppe Edition, meaning it’s only available as a four-door model moving forward. The off-road SUV also loses quite a few dual-top option, while the 10-speed automatic transmission is now available in conjunction with the 2.3L EcoBoost I4 on Heritage Edition models.

As is typically the case with model year changeovers, the 2026 Ford Bronco becomes slightly more expensive than the 2025 model year.
