Ford F-150 Lightning Gets New Custom Seat Cover Options

The all-electric Ford F-150 Lightning may not enjoy quite as robust an aftermarket as its ICE-powered equivalent, the Ford F-150, but the two trucks are similar enough that many parts for the latter will indeed fit the all-electric variant. However, we are seeing a handful of goods specifically designed for the Ford F-150 Lighting begin to trickle out from various third-party providers, and that now includes an array of custom seat covers.

These new Ford F-150 Lightning seat covers come to us from a company called Wet Okole Hawaii, which is debuting the new product just in time for next month's SEMA Show. The seat covers fit F-150 Lightning pickups from the 2022-2025 model years, and are designed to provide a bit more style and protection inside the cabin, all with an OEM-like fit and finish. The seat covers retain access to factory features and accommodate seat‑mounted airbags, where applicable.

Wet Okole's new Ford F-150 Lightning seat covers are made with neoprene outers that provide some extra durability and water resistance, and feature model-specific stitch lines and paneling. However, customers can choose from a variety of customization options ranging from different colors, piping, and stitching, giving them a chance to make their rides a bit unique in that regard. Cleaning the seat covers is easy to do with a little wiping, too.

If nothing else, these new seat covers should prove appealing to owners who want to not only customize their Ford F-150 Lightning a bit, but also, perhaps those with cloth seats that covet something a bit fancier that's also easier to keep clean.

“F‑150 Lightning owners use their trucks for work, family and adventure, and they want covers that fit right and hold up,” said Steven Grew of Wet Okole Hawaii. “Our custom patterns provide a precise fit, durable protection and clean styling with fast, straightforward ordering.”

Brett's lost track of all the Fords he's owned over the years and how much he's spent modifying them, but his current money pits include an S550 Mustang and 13th gen F-150.
