August 2, 2023 placed my order for a Maverick XLT Hybrid with my Ford Dealer then updated order September 19th with the new price increase and still don't have a serial number. I have been told that my order is in the Q . Any idea what month I might receive a serial number and delivery date?
Ordered mine September 16. I have seen a few out there. Just get a email apologizing every 45 days. Good question!!!
Not to put any water on your fire but I just got my Vin# about a month ago and got my sticker yesterday. i ordered m y Maverick Hybrid Lariat on 1 October 2021. it is now in production as of yesterday.

You need to talk to your dealer about whether Ford even has your order in their list of Maverick orders. I placed my order in Sept. '22 for a 2023 Maverick XLT Hybrid. I've been getting e-mails from Ford every 4-6 weeks saying they still have "supply chain delays" but will keep me posted on production. If you aren't getting those e-mails from Ford, I'd wonder if you really have an order for a Maverick. Good Luck!I do have a serial number and checked on the Ford tracking which shows it is a valid serial number along with the dealers name, but last time I tried to check on its status the tracking web site didn't work, my dealer said he is looking at August some time so that will be a year from the date I placed the order. Should get a discount for a year old truck ( ha Ha)
