S650 Ford Mustang Carbon Fiber Spoiler Out Now For GT, Dark Horse

The S650 Ford Mustang launched for the 2024 model year, and as has historically been the case, the newest pony car has since been treated to a bevy of new parts and accessories owners can choose from. In the Ford Performance catalog, that list most recently includes unique windshield banners, as well as a Dark Horse radiator kit for EcoBoost and GT models. Now, with the lightweight material continuing to prove popular with enthusiasts, the S650 Ford Mustang is gaining a new carbon fiber spoiler for the GT and Dark Horse as well.

This new carbon fiber spoiler comes in two finishes – matte, under part number M-16600-MM, or gloss, via part number M-16600-MG, though either way, each retails for $2,350. Both are designed to fit 2024-2025 Ford Mustang GT and Dark Horse models, and feature a Gurney Flap, which is a piece designed to increase downforce by slowing airflow over the upper surface, effectively creating a higher pressure zone in front of the flap – and a lower pressure zone behind it.

In either case, the new carbon fiber spoiler is designed to be a direct replacement for OEM spoilers, making it quite easy to install and eliminating the need to drill holes in one’s vehicle, which is always a good thing. The spoiler itself is made using an autoclave process with pre-preg 3K, 2×2 twill carbon fiber cloth, and the kit includes all of the fasteners needed for installation, as is typically the case.

For those seeking to match this new piece to other exterior components of their S650 Ford Mustang, the Ford Performance catalog also offers a variety of ways to do precisely that. In fact, The Blue Oval also sells matching mirror skull caps with and without turn signals, as well as hood vents and splitters for both the GT and Dark Horse, too.

Brett's lost track of all the Fords he's owned over the years and how much he's spent modifying them, but his current money pits include an S550 Mustang and 13th gen F-150.
