2002 Ford F-150 Harley Davidson Edition With 2K Miles Heading To Auction

Ford and Harley-Davidson - two of the most iconic American manufacturers in existence - previously teamed up to offer a special Ford F-150 Harley-Davidson Edition pickup for a handful of years, and we’ve seen a few nice ones pop up for sale in recent times, which makes sense given their inherent collectibility. Even better, later examples of the H-D F-150 offered up some extra performance, and that's the case with this 2002 Ford F-150 Harley-Davidson Edition that's scheduled to cross the auction block very soon.

This 2002 Ford F-150 Harley-Davidson Edition is set to be auctioned off at Mecum's Dallas/Fort Worth sale later this month, and it's a supremely nice example with just over 2k miles showing on the odometer. In this case, it's finished in Dark Shadow Gray with a Burgundy pinstripe, along with 20-inch wheels, a body kit, special exterior trim, fog lights, side steps, and of course, plenty of Harley-Davidson badging to inform onlookers that this isn't just some regular, run-of-the-mill pickup.

Inside the cabin, one will find black leather upholstered seats with Harley's Bar and Shield metal nameplates, plus amenities such as power windows and locks, Harley-Davidson-styled instrumentation, power-adjustable metal-accented pedals, heated front seats, automatic climate control, cruise control, an AM/FM/cassette stereo, a six-disc CD changer, and dual cupholders.

Power comes from a fortified version of the supercharged 5.4L V8 that was detuned just a touch compared to the F-150 SVT Lightning, meaning that it churns out 340 horsepower and 425 pound-feet of torque, flowing to the rear wheels via a four-speed automatic transmission.

We certainly see our fair share of Ford F-150 Harley-Davidson Edition pickups at auctions these days, and there have been several very nice, low-mile examples like this one among that group as well. That list includes another 2002 model that also had 2k miles when it was sold, plus a 2003 with 7,500 miles.

Brett's lost track of all the Fords he's owned over the years and how much he's spent modifying them, but his current money pits include an S550 Mustang and 13th gen F-150.
