Ford Rebate Reduces Edge Pricing By 20 Percent In November 2019

A Ford rebate of 20 percent off select 2019 Edge models has just been announced, and is set to run from today through December 2^nd, 2019. This Ford rebate offer is much more generous than offers in recent months, including the $5,000 discount offered in August. However, it doesn’t appear to be quite as worthwhile as the $9,000 discount offered in July.

Incentives

Ford rebate offers for the 2019 Edge crossover vary throughout the country in November 2019. We’ve taken the liberty of including the heftiest discounts for 2019 models in four major areas:

• New York City:
  • Biggest retail offer: $6,050 total cash discount for SEL and Titanium models
    • This discount runs through December 2^nd, 2019
  • Biggest finance offer: 0-percent APR for 60 months + $4,050 cash on SEL and Titanium models
    • This discount runs through January 2^nd, 2020
• Detroit:
  • Biggest retail offer: 20-percent Below MSRP for 2019 SEL FWD 201A models
    • Amounts to savings of $7,555
    • This discount runs through December 2^nd, 2019
  • Biggest finance offer: 0-percent APR for 60 months + $6,000 cash on SEL and Titanium models
    • This discount runs through January 2^nd, 2020
• Miami:
  • Biggest retail offer: 20-percent Below MSRP for 2019 SEL FWD 201A models
    • Amounts to savings of $7,555
    • This discount runs through December 2^nd, 2019
  • Biggest finance offer: 0-percent APR for 60 months + $4,050 cash on SEL and Titanium models
    • This discount runs through January 2^nd, 2020
• Los Angeles:
  • Biggest retail offer: $4,550 total cash discount for SEL and Titanium models
    • This discount runs through December 2^nd, 2019
  • Biggest finance offer: 0-percent APR for 60 months + $4,050 cash on SEL and Titanium models
    • This discount runs through January 2^nd, 2020

Ford provides the following example of the 20-percent discount offer:

• $6,050 Cash Back + $1,505 National Avg Dealer Discount = $7,555 Total Savings

As such, the 20-percent Ford rebate decreases the price of a 2019 Edge SEL FWD 201A model from $37,570 to $30,015.

For reference, here are the applicable 2019 Edge trim levels and their corresponding starting MSRPs, $1,095 destination charge and $645 acquisition fee included:

• SE – $31,735
• SEL – $35,040
• Titanium – $40,500
• ST – $44,095
