Custom Truck and Body Works (Custom Truck) is recalling one 2020 Ford F-550 model due to an issue with the electrical system.
The defect: in the affected vehicle – which is equipped with Weldon 8X16 Input-Output nodes – in the event of a short circuit or wiring failure, the firmware in the node may fail to shut off the output pin, resulting in overloaded electrical circuits.
The hazards: overloaded electrical circuits can overheat, increasing the risk of fire.
Ford is not aware of any reports of accident or injury related to this issue.
Components: Weldon 8X16 Input-Output nodes firmware
Affected vehicles: one 2020 Ford F-550 model upfitted by Custom Truck and Body Works.
Number of vehicles affected: 1
The fix: Custom Truck will update the firmware, free of charge.
Owners should: wait for communications from Custom Truck, which is expected to be mailed on May 31st, 2023. Owners may contact Custom Truck customer service at 1-888-712-2963.

But millions of 10 speeds they won't recall/ fix
Stick your head in the sand and pretend there not a 10 speed problem, or it will go away on its own.
And the NHTSA doesn't have the balls to admit to the safety hazard it's causing
