The 2025 Ford Mustang offers almost 20 unique sets of wheels – and each trim gets its own lineup. Ford Authority has been picking apart those wheel options trim by trim, outlining what’s available for what model, including the EcoBoost, EcoBoost Premium, GT, and GT Premium. Next up is the aggressive Mustang Dark Horse – and this trim can be shod with wheels that are exclusive to the high-performance pony.
Four distinct sets of wheels are available on the 2025 Ford Mustang Dark Horse. The standard rollers, which add no extra cost to the mean pony, are pretty good-looking in their own right. These are the Tarnished Dark-painted low gloss aluminum wheels, sized 19×9.5-inch up front and 19×10-inch out back. There’s a similar set available as an optional upgrade with the same Tarnished Dark-painted low gloss finish, but these are sized 19×10.5-inch up front and 19×11-inch in the rear. These can be acquired as a standalone option, but are also included in the Dark Horse Handling Package, which itself costs $5,495.
The Sinister Bronze Painted Aluminum wheels, size 19×9.5 inches front and 19×10 inches rear, are offered as a standalone option costing $950; these cannot be combined with the Dark Horse handling Package, however. Finally, a set of carbon fiber wheels are on offer for a whopping $8,995 – and that’s on top of the cost of the Dark Horse Handling Package, which is required to add these to the 2025 Ford Mustang Dark Horse. The carbon fiber wheels are size 19×10.5 inches up front and 19×11 inches out back.
As a reminder, the 2025 Ford Mustang carries on with minor changes and updates. It does, however, move on from four exterior colors that were previously offered, although it did add a new one called Molten Magenta. In terms of pricing, the Ford Mustang Dark Horse starts at $67,720, including destination freight charges – one of the V8-powered trims that is quite a bit pricier than it was for 2024.
