Ford CEO Jim Farley stands behind his products – and, most recently, that’s meant hopping behind the wheel of the Ford Bronco to embark on a “fact-finding” road trip. He departed just a few days ago on a journey to meet face-to-face with Ford owners, enthusiasts, trail guides, and more to find out how they’re utilizing their off-road ponies. NASCAR driver Frankie Muniz was one such guest, meeting up with Farley to chat about the Bronco in rugged Utah.
Both Farley and Muniz took to social media about their time together. Muniz posted a selfie on his X account, showing him in front of Farley’s Bronco with the caption, “My life is pretty freaking cool,” tagging Ford’s account. According to Farley’s mirroring post, Muniz joined him for a live interview on Fox and Friends for their morning show.
The Bronco and Utah provide the backdrop, while a chaser truck – a Ford F-150 PowerBoost Hybrid- provided power for the “studio” setup. The Pro Power Onboard feature allowed them to power cameras and lights so they could film the segment for the show.
Farley’s Ford Bronco Badlands features the Sasquatch Package, making it a prime choice for off-road adventures. His trip includes plenty of off-road experience so he has a firsthand account of the Bronco’s capabilities.
As a reminder, Muniz is a full-time competitor in the NASCAR Truck Series, piloting the No. 33 F-150 race truck. Earlier this year, he reprised his role as the titular character in Malcom in the Middle, splitting his time between his race car driving duties and his acting endeavors. He’s the proud owner of a Ford Expedition Timberline, and likes to ham it up for the cameras, taking part in a prank on Ford Performance instructors.
Muniz is currently 24th in overall Truck Series points. He has one top-10 finish so far this year, and did not make the Playoffs, which means he is ineligible for championship competition in 2025.

“…. stands behind his products…”
Please alert me when he's sitting wherever with someone that I personally know and can relate to, thank you!
Stands behind his products? Let's hope. This morning, I found chrome trim stating to fall off around one of the rear windows on my 2020 Escape. Some searches show that it's a common problem and likely not covered, even with a PremiumCare extended warranty.
