Lincoln transitioned to a fully crossover and SUV-filled lineup a few years ago, after building and selling a variety of luxurious passenger cars for decades. However, Lincoln also tried its hand at selling pickups on two different occasions, via the one-year-only Lincoln Blackwood and the Lincoln Mark LT, both of which were based on the Ford F-150. The Blackwood has since become a bit of a collector’s item, but we also see a Lincoln Mark LT pop up for sale at auction from time to time as well - such as this low-mile 2006 model.
This 2006 Lincoln Mark LT is currently being auctioned off at Bring a Trailer, and it has just 8k miles showing on the odometer, which is quite low for a vehicle of this vintage - especially a truck. As such, it remains in fantastic condition, with seemingly perfect Ceramic White paint and copious amounts of chrome covering the front grille, bumpers, step bars, door handles, lower cladding, and box rails. This Mark LT still rolls on its original 20-inch polished aluminum wheels wrapped with 275/55 Pirelli Scorpion ATR tires, which look to be in great shape, too.
The same can be said for the sanitary interior, which features Light Parchment leather-upholstered heated and power-adjustable front seats and rear seating, coupled with Espresso piping. They're joined by Pebble leather and Ebony wood trim, plus amenities including automatic climate control, a sunroof, a power sliding rear window, and the Audiophile sound system with a six-disc CD changer.
Power for this Lincoln Mark LT comes from the naturally-aspirated 5.4L V8, which was factory-rated to produce 300 horsepower and 365 pound-feet of torque and is mated to a four-speed automatic transmission driving either the rear or all four wheels.
This is just the latest of a few Lincoln Mark LT pickups we've spotted at auction as of late - a list that also includes another 2006 model with less than 3k miles on the clock, and a 2007 with a more substantial 94k miles.
