The Ford Authority Take

Ford Brazil sales notably expanded in September, which further expanded the brand’s market share in the South American country. The Blue Oval ended the third quarter of the year with record volume increases. As such, September’s result represents the third consecutive monthly increase and one of Ford’s highest-ever records in the Brazilian market.

In September, most Ford Brazil models experienced triple-digit growth, with the best-selling Ford Ranger again among the top-performing models. The midsize pickup led the brand’s overall increase with a healthy eight percent increase, adding more than 220 units year over year.

Meanwhile, the all-new Ford Territory continues its strong momentum in winning over customers in Brazil, maintaining a remarkable four-digit monthly sales volume. Additionally, the Ford F-150 remains the brand’s fastest-growing nameplate in the country, growing 800 percent. The full-size truck ranks as the second best-selling model in its class behind the RAM pickup line.
