The 2025 Ford Mustang Mach-E represents the fifth model year of the electric crossover’s first generation, for which it receives notable updates and changes, including the addition of a new heat pump, the new Sport Appearance Package, and several set of all-new wheels.

These changes follow the 2024 Ford Mustang Mach-E, which itself received modest updates.

Powertrain

The 2025 Ford Mustang Mach-E is offered with a choice of powertrain options, along with either a Standard Range or Extended Range battery. With the Standard Range battery in RWD guise, the electric crossover produces 266 horsepower and 317 pound-feet of torque for an estimated 247-mile range, while the AWD produces 266 horsepower and 428 pound-feet of torque for an estimated 224-mile range. The Extended Range battery, exclusively available with AWD, delivers 480 horsepower and 600 pound-feet of torque with a 270-mile range.

Pricing

The 2025 Ford Mustang Mach-E launched with a lower starting price than the 2024 model. However, due to tariffs, it’s now more expensive than its predecessor.

Production

Job 1 2025 Ford Mustang Mach-E production at the Cuautitlan Assembly plant in Mexico commenced on January 6th ,2025.

Seating

The 2025 Ford Mustang Mach-E seats five passengers in a 2-3 configuration. This consists of front bucket seats (seating two) and a second-row bench seat (seating three).

Beyond 2025

The Ford Mustang Mach-E is on track for a redesign (second generation) in 2027, signaling that the electric crossover will continue to be produced for years to come.
