This LGE-CTS Motorsports Baja Forged 2020 Ford F-250 Super Duty Crew Cab XLT is the Swiss army knife for the modern adventurer – functioning as a mobile command center, campsite and workshop.
The last time we talked about SEMA 2019 and LGE-CTS Motorsports was when the company unveiled its slick and simple Escape. The company will also be bringing the LGE-CTS Motorsports Baja Forged F-250 to SEMA as well, and this truck is aimed at the adventurer. LGE-CTS says that the goal with the truck was to be the “Swiss army knife” for the modern adventurer.
The intent was to allow the F-250 to function as a mobile command center, campsite, and workshop. The LGE-CTS Motorsports Baja Forged F-250 uses a Pronghorn rear custom canopy in place of the standard bed. That provides storage and style. The company says that it also acts as an extension of the private camping space inside the Tepui rooftop tent.
The truck also gets LGE-CTS Motorsports Baja Forged front fenders and bumper. Rigid LED lighting gives the truck a tough look when combined with an Icon 4.5-inch Stage 7 suspension lift. Method Race 304 NV HD bronze wheels shod with 37-inch BFGoodrich Mud-Terrain T/A tires are the rolling stock.
In the front bumper is a Warn Industries 10S winch. Other features include an ARB USA 6.5-foot awning with LED lights, Element refrigerator with freezer, and touring camp chairs for comfort in remote locations. The truck is also fitted with a Ford Accessories vehicle safe located in the floor console, Pelican Case protective gear, and BOXO tools on Builtright Industries Tool Mounts round out the design. The truck appears to be painted a military-looking matte green, which looks very nice with the bronze wheels.
